Public Access & Event Policy

In addition to local Sarasota Square Mall family events, Sarasota Square Mall receives hundreds of requests each year from organizations throughout our trade area looking to hold an event or request access to setup at the Center. In order to fully understand your request and determine availability and needs, we ask that you read, fill out, and submit the form below. No phone, fax or email requests please.

Please allow at least 30 days for review.  If we are able to accommodate your request we will contact you with availability and setup requirements. Please note that you are required to have a certificate of insurance meeting our Guidelines.
